Deafblind Scotland
gets new Chief Executive
On January 9th 2006, Andrew Tait started as Chief Executive of Deafblind Scotland.
He came to us from Sight Savers International, where, as Regional Programme Officer, he supported the development of Eye Care, Rehabilitation and Education programmes for visually impaired people.
His work involved regular international travel, and laterally he spent a great deal of time in India. Andrew is very much looking forward to the challenges of carrying on and developing the work of Deafblind Scotland.
